We have listed some of our favorite online sports websites here.  Everyone should have a personal sport, one that will challenge you physically and mentally.  A personal sport keeps you in shape, you feel better, have fewer illnesses, and feel in tune with your body.  Your personal sport doesn't have to involve competition, or even other people.  Some people enjoy the peace and solitude of kayaking, bike riding, or surfing, all popular sports here in the destin area, but anything will do, as long as it presents a physical and mental challenge.
