This is a view of the destin beaches looking eastward from holiday isle. I am not sure, but I think you can see as far as santa rosa beach. There are some large scale developments being built along this stretch of beach that will help in identifying these beaches from the air. The haze in the air is a common sight in the summer months.
You get used to seeing the haze and forget about it, and when you climb above say three thousand feet or so you get above it, and it's always a surprise how much better the visability is.
